1,  Where is my order and how long will delivery take !!!

Orders are dispatched registered air mail. Please allow 7 to 15 working days for delivery. Please check the delivery details are correct on your order form. If you did not give delivery address details on your order form your order would have been dispatched to your credit card billing address you gave on your order form.

Please contact us if order does not arrive after 15 working days. 

2,   Can I change my order details !!!

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 Hours to 72 Hours. Order can not be changed if already dispatched. Customized shirts can not be changed if orders have already been customized.

3, I placed a order. Did my order go through !!!
 
Your order was only completed if you made payment with your credit card and you received a multicards order number beginning with 010235-
Orders will not be dispatched with out payment.By adding a product to your account does not mean you have completed your order.
 
4, Do you accept debit cards !!!
 
No  !  We only accept all the major credit cards

5, Can I cancel my order !!!

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed. If a customized shirt has been customized already it will be to late to cancel. There will be a 25% cancellation fee for all cancelled orders due to credit card charges, Admin costs and payment processor charges.

6, What countries do your Free Delivery service apply.

UK, USA, EUROPE, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, West Indies, Falklands, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan (Sorry we do not deliver to Asia South America or African countries)

7, I did not fill in the delivery address details on the order form !!!

If you did not do this your order will be sent to your billing address or credit card address you gave us. Once an order has been dispatched it is your responsibility to receive the parcel.

8, Can I change the delivery address details !!!

Only if we have not dispatched your order already

9, Can I return my order !!!

Please send a email clearly stating the reason for wanting to return the product. Please read the terms and conditions, disclaimer and returns policy on the website before you make a request.

10, Can I return my order, I did not realize my product was not a official licensed team product !!!

We only accept all major Credit Cards

We state on the site that we do not sale authentic team merchandise and our products are replica. We do not accept returns for this reason. All customers are requested to agree to the terms and conditions and read the terms and conditions when you make a purchase. Details of our products are in the terms and conditions.
