You are asked to read our Privacy Policy, which forms a part of these Terms and Conditions and sets out the way in which your personal data is handled.

Use of the Site

You agree that you will only use our web site in a way which is consistent with our terms and conditions and which complies with applicable laws and regulations. In particular you agree that you will not use our web site to upload or send any material which contains software viruses or other codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or in any other manner which would interfere with or disrupt our web site. You acknowledge that our web site and any goods that you obtain from our web site are provided for your personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes or distributed commercially without our permission.

Purchasing Goods

The Help Section tells you how to order and pay for products. It also addresses any questions you might have about delivery of your products, your right to cancel orders or return faulty products to us and our quality assurance. In particular please note that once a personalized name and number have been printed on the shirt, unless the shirt is faulty, we cannot provide a refund or exchange the shirt. If a player subsequently leaves a Club or his squad number changes during his career at the Club we cannot accept responsibility for this and would therefore not accept a return of this item.

Pre-Ordering items from Football Shirt Shop UK

Football Shirt Shop UK will pre-authorise and charge for all pre-ordered shirts no more than 2 weeks prior to despatch. The reason is to ensure that stock is allocated against your order and to provide sufficient time to pick, pack and customise the shirt (Where applicable) in time for the launch date. It is also sometimes necessary for the customer to confirm details contained within the order.

For Your Information:

1. Customers responsibility to check the size chart and order the correct size.

2. We do not accept shirts back if the products have loose stitching attached or uneven stitching.

3. We do not advertise or sale genuine team merchandise and will not accept goods back for this reason.

4. Shirts & Kits are not sold as seen on the website. Products may very slightly from the images on the website.

5. Children’s kits come with 2 stripes on the arms and shorts and we do not accept returns for this reason.

6. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to the address they are given . It is the customers responsibility to pay the postal charges to return the goods for us to view.

Adult shirt sizes are clearly stated on the item selection page before entry to the shopping cart, and customers ordering Children’s Kits are shown size information next to each product, for age group measurements. The onus is upon the customer to note size details before ordering, and we cannot accept the return of items for exchange or refund where a Shirt or Kit has been ordered in a smaller or larger size than required.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. The addition of names and numbers to shirts or kits will negate the customer’s right to return them for exchange or refund. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

2. Customers must meet their own return postal costs - We cannot be held accountable.

3. Customers returning items for refund should retain their postal receipt in case of non delivery. Proof of postage is not proof of our receipt, and in such event, the customer will need to take up the matter with their postal service - FootballShirtShopuk cannot be held accountable.

4. As stated in the disclaimer on our Home Page, we do not sale authentic team merchandise, and it is widely understood that Official merchandise is not available at the prices we charge inclusive of delivery. We do not accept the return of goods for refund on the basis that shirts or kits received are not Official merchandise.

5. FootballShirtShopUK do not sale shirts that are 100% the same as you would buy in UK stores. Our children’s kits can differ in color & design . We do not accept returns on such items.

6, If you purchase a item from FootballShirtShopuk it is your responsibility to read the return policy on the website as you have to agree to the terms and conditions before you place your order.

7, If for some reason a kit or shirt has been incorrectly customized, we request that you return the the product and we will rectify this issue by customizing a replacement shirt or fixing the mistake made with the original order. It is the customers responsibility to pay for postage costs when a product is returned for viewing due to a error made from our selves or your selves when placing a order.

8, Please note PO BOX delivery addresses have a high risk of theft or fraud use. We do not take responsibility for orders that do not arrive to a given po box address. We do not issue refunds,cancellations, resends or credits if parcel does not arrive at a requested PO BOX address given by a customer.

9, If a product is faulty or damaged you will be requested to send a digital image of the product before we state the goods can be returned. Goods can only be returned once we give a return address. This address is not on the website so please do not return goods with out a return address.
