Returns Policy:

Please read and follow these instructions before you request a return.

You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item if the product is faulty.

25 % chargeback fee will be charged for items being returned if the product is not damaged or faulty. All products are checked by our staff before we dispatch the goods for faulty stitching and marks.

It is your responsibility to choose the correct size and add add correct delivery details and to give correct details for name and number on shirt.

To return an item please include the merchandise with order details. Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.

Please request a return address and please note for your protection Football Shirt Shop UK recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

If you require an exchange our returns center will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details on the returns slip with you return code.

Defective Items:

Overseas customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. Football Shirt Shop UK will refund you the cost of reasonable return shipping charges if you include a receipt.

Please note the following exceptions to this policy:

1. Items that have been customised e.g. shirt printing, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty.

2. All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.

If products have loose threading attached we can not accept goods back for this reason. Please trim the loose threads with a pair of scissors.

We do not accept products back if deliveries do not arrive on day. We dispatch goods royal mail and some times the post office can be unpredictable.
