Shipping:
Retail orders are dispatched by standard registered post from either our UK or South East Asia depots depending on content and volume.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. The addition of names and numbers to shirts or kits will negate the customer´s right to return them for exchange or refund. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
2. Should a customer wish to cancel all or part of their order and have payment refunded, it should be noted that we incur processors charges on both payments and refunds, and these charges will be deducted from any credit issued. Items are withdrawn from stock immediately orders are placed, and cancelled orders will also be subject to an administration and restocking charge. The combined total of charges deducted will amount to 25% of the cancelled order value.
